Leachate Extraction Wells

To cope with the most demanding drilling conditions, we have developed a bespoke leachate drilling rig in partnership with comacchio in Italy. This drilling rig, the comacchio mc3000, is capable of drilling depths in excess of 60 metres and can drill up to 600mm diameter.

We currently operate seven mc3000 rigs. At present, no other UK companies own mc3000s.

Where the depth of the installation is imperative for compliance with site licensing requirements, we have bespoke techniques and methodologies which, along with specialised tooling ensure that the well liner
